利用地理信息系统(GIS)空间分析方法测度Moran’s I指数,发现中国竞技体育水平随着东部沿海向中部内陆和西部边远地区呈现出不断降低的空间分布特征,并且大部分地区属于低竞技体育水平集聚或高竞技体育水平集聚的显著正向空间联系。然后利用最小二乘模型(OLS)、空间自回归模型(SLM)和空间误差模型(SEM)进行定量分析,发现大部分因素对区域竞技体育具有空间效应,其中地区经济发展水平、体育服务产业、竞技体育人力资源、群众体育事业对区域竞技体育水平的作用十分显著,而体育科技水平、学校体育水平对竞技体育的影响却相对微弱。最后提出增强区域协作、发挥经济和体育产业先导作用、坚持竞技体育和群众体育并举、挖掘科教兴体的发展潜力等具体政策建议。
Using the spatial analysis method of Geographic Information System (GIS) to measure the Moran’s I index, we find that the level of Chinese competitive sports is decreasing with the east coast to the inland central and in the western remote areas, and most of the areas belong to the low competitive level Aggregate or high competitive sports level agglomeration of significant positive spatial connection. Then using the least squares model (OLS), spatial autoregressive model (SLM) and spatial error model (SEM) quantitative analysis found that most of the factors have a spatial effect on regional competitive sports, including regional economic development, sports service industry, The effect of sports human resources and mass sports on regional competitive sports is very significant. However, the impact of sports science and technology and school physical education on competitive sports is relatively weak. Finally, it puts forward some specific policy proposals such as enhancing regional cooperation, giving play to the leading role of economy and sports industry, insisting on the simultaneous development of competitive sports and mass sports, and exploring the potential of developing science and education.
