为探讨特发性肺纤维化支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中抗氧化酶活性检测的临床意义。对18例特发性肺纤维化患者和9例正常对照者的BALF进行超氧化歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)活性进行检测,并分类计数BALF的细胞成份。结果:①研究组BALF中SOD和GSH-px活性显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);②BALF细胞计数及各分类组成则明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其中以中性粒细胞数增高尤著(P<0.01);③研究组BALF中抗氧化酶活性与中性粒细胞绝对计数呈密切负相关(P<0.05)。从而得出,BALF中抗氧化酶活性的测定,结合细胞分份分析,有助于进一步探讨IPF发病机理和提供临床辅助诊断依据。
To investigate the clinical significance of detecting antioxidant enzyme activity in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) in BALF of 18 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and 9 normal controls were detected, and the cells of BALF Ingredients. Results: ① The activities of SOD and GSH-px in the BALF of the study group were significantly lower than those of the normal control group (P <0.05); ② The counts of the BALF cells and their classification were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05) (P <0.01). ③ The activity of antioxidant enzymes in BALF of the study group was negatively correlated with the absolute neutrophil count (P <0.05). Thus, the determination of antioxidant enzyme activities in BALF, combined with cell-based analysis, will help further explore the pathogenesis of IPF and provide clinical support for diagnosis.
