采用两种方法对门诊小儿功能性遗尿症共52例进行治疗。其中采用口服麻黄素配合穴压法治疗40例。痊愈29例,好转10例,未坚持治疗1例,总有效率97.5％。疗程最短者6天,最长20天。另采用YN—ⅡA型遗尿治疗仪(石家庄市华行医疗器械厂生产)治疗及口服中药遗尿方12例,治疗痊愈7例,好转4例,无效1例,总有效率为91.6％。疗程最短者5天,最长者15天。两种方法治疗有效率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。疗效均比较满意。
A total of 52 cases of outpatient pediatric functional enuresis were treated by two methods. Which use oral ephedrine with acupressure treatment of 40 cases. 29 cases were cured, improved in 10 cases, did not adhere to treatment in 1 case, the total efficiency of 97.5%. The shortest course of 6 days, up to 20 days. In addition, YN-ⅡA enuresis treatment instrument (produced by Shijiazhuang Huaxing Medical Instrument Factory) was used to treat and orally inactivate 12 cases of Chinese medicine enuresis. Seven cases were cured, 4 cases improved, and 1 case was ineffective. The total effective rate was 91.6%. The shortest course of 5 days, the longest 15 days. There was no significant difference between the two methods (P> 0.05). Efficacy are more satisfied.
