作者评价了28例儿童下颌骨骨折对下颌骨发育和牙列的远期影响。病例中男性11例,女性17例。受伤时平均年龄:6岁以下11例,6~12岁13例,13~18岁4例。髁状突骨折最多,11例(39%),髁状突骨折加体部骨折11例(39%)。其余6例,2例正中旁骨折,3例体部骨折,1例角部骨折。当时治疗方法包括:22例有髁状突骨折者,采用牙弓夹板颌间固定;7例体部骨折
The authors evaluated the long-term effects of mandibular fractures on mandibular development and dentition in 28 children. Among the cases, 11 were male and 17 were female. The average age at injury was 11 in 6 years, 13 in 6 to 12 years and 4 in 13 to 18 years. Condylar fractures were the most common, with 11 cases (39%) and condylar fractures with body fractures in 11 cases (39%). The remaining 6 cases, 2 cases of midline fractures, 3 cases of body fractures, 1 case of corner fractures. At that time the treatment methods include: 22 cases of condylar fractures, the use of dental arch clamp intermaxillary fixation; 7 cases of body fractures
