学校是教育科研的基层单位。在教研活动中,往往离不开听课这一主要环节。听后就评,有利于及时检查教学效果,共同切磋教法,总结经验。因此,我校从90年起,设立了“轮流主评制”,并取得了较好的效果。具体做法如下: 1.根据学校教研计划,每人每周听课不少于一节的要求,每位教师每学期至少要担当2——3次主评任务。 2.“主评”在听课前应同教者联系,了解教案设计,课堂教学程序,教学安排等情况。必要时可帮助教者一同钻研教材,探讨教法,制定教案。 3.评课时“主评”要从“教学目的”、程序安排”、“教法运
The school is the grass-roots unit of education and research. In teaching and research activities, often can not do without the main part of lectures. After listening to the assessment, is conducive to timely examination of teaching effectiveness, learn from the common law, sum up experience.
