近年来在国家对职业教育的大力支持下,新疆各职校虽然在旅游与酒店管理专业的教育上也取得了不少成绩,但也存在由大环境的制约造成的许多实际问题。究其原因,各校此专业普遍存在生源不足且质量较低的现状,并且由于教学模式与旅游、酒店实际需求存在偏差,教学体系有待提高等问题,造成了各校在专业发展上形成了瓶颈之势,我通过兵团工贸学校旅游与酒店管理专业的发展现状提出自己的看法,望能在教学教改过程提供服务。
