经典型年洪水验证二维数学模型应用于废黄河下段流域设计洪水计算是合理可行的,可提高计算成果的精度。用该模型计算了33种不同遭遇组合设计洪水,计算成果已在江苏省盐城市废黄河防洪预案中得到应用。
It is reasonable and feasible to apply the two-dimensional mathematical model of classic annual flood verification to the design flood calculation of the lower Yellow River drainage basin, which can improve the accuracy of calculation results. The model has been used to calculate 33 different design encounters, and the calculation results have been applied to the flood control plan of the Yellow River in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province.
