患者男性,30岁,自觉胸闷、心悸2天,心电图诊断左房心律,于1984年1月17日入院。体检:BP120/80,心界不大,心率70次/分,律齐,各瓣膜区未闻及杂音,双肺呼吸音清晰,肝脾肋下均未触及。血常规和血沉正常。胸透及心脏三位片检查:心脏大小正常。经谷维素、安定口服及极化液(GIK)静滴3天后,症状消失,复查心电图正常。过春节饮酒少量后又觉心前区不适,遂记录不同体位的心电图(附图)。
Male patient, 30 years old, conscious chest tightness, palpitations 2 days, electrocardiogram diagnosis of left atrial rhythm, admitted to hospital on January 17, 1984. Physical examination: BP120 / 80, heart, heart rate 70 beats / min, law Qi, the valve area did not smell and noise, lung breath sounds clear, liver and spleen ribs are not touched. Blood and normal erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Thoracic and cardiac check three films: normal heart size. After three weeks of oral administration of oryzanol, diazepam and Polarized solution (GIK), the symptoms disappeared and the electrocardiogram was normalized. After drinking a small amount of spring before feeling uncomfortable in front of the area, then recorded in different positions of the ECG (with photos).
