在“国发(1974)110号”和“国发(1979)200号”文件的指导下,1979年《腐植酸》杂志在业界努力下得以创刊。30年来,《腐植酸》杂志见证了腐植酸产业发展的历史。2009年,正值“国发(1979)200号”文件发布和《腐植酸》杂志创刊30周年,协会专门组织“国务院‘国发(1979)200号’文件发布30周年出版增(专)刊”的纪念活动,并发出征文通知。征文活动得到了行业内外的高度关注,咨询电话和电子邮件络绎不绝,不少专家、学者还特意为此次纪念活动撰文,表达心意。在这些来电、来函和撰文的作者中,有腐植酸科研、生产第一线的工作者,有一直关心、关注腐植酸发展和成长的老专家,有协会专家委员会委员、《腐植酸》杂志编委,还有广大读者。为了表达对各位专家、学者的敬意和谢意,同时希望更多从事或关注腐植酸产业发展的各界人士积极参与,现选取金世明老先生撰写的纪念文章编辑刊出,与大家分享。
Under the guidance of the documents “Guo Fa (1974) No. 110” and “Guo Fa (1979) No. 200”, Humic Acid Magazine was founded in 1979 with the hard work of the industry.
