对6个批次的汽车减速机机箱LT-3铝合金复合板进行真空钎焊工艺试验,研究其材料表面、断面的宏观形貌、微观组织及成分变化规律。结果表明,提高加热速度可以有效细化晶粒,得到的母材组织均匀且细密,适当调整包覆层Si含量及其他元素的含量能够得到质量好的钎焊接头,通过改善合金成分可以在保证钎焊质量的基础上提高接头的综合性能。
Vacuum batch brazing test was carried out on 6 batches of LT-3 aluminum alloy composite reducer chassis to study the variation of the macro-morphology, microstructure and composition of the material surface and section. The results show that increasing the heating rate can effectively refine the grains and obtain a uniform and fine matrix of the base material. Good quality brazing joints can be obtained by properly adjusting the Si content and other element contents of the cladding layer. By improving the alloy composition, Improve the overall performance of the joint on the basis of brazing quality.
