为了搞清北京地区现有贮藏大白菜品种的耐藏性及其适宜贮藏的播期,1992年贮藏季我们对种植面积较多的6个品种进行了采后生理特性观测;并另外搜集了10个品种共16个品种,调查了在通风贮藏窖条件下的贮藏效果。为了确定贮藏大白菜适宜的播期,以北京地区贮藏大白菜种植面积最多的106和核桃纹为材料,进行了不同播期采后生理特性及贮藏效果的研究。
In order to find out the storage resistance and the sowing date of the existing Chinese cabbage cultivars in Beijing area during the storage season in 1992, we conducted post-harvest physiological characteristics of 6 cultivars with large planting areas and collected 10 A total of 16 varieties of varieties investigated the storage conditions in the ventilation storage cellar. In order to determine the appropriate sowing dates for storage of Chinese cabbage, the physiological characteristics and storage effects of different sowing dates after harvest were studied with the largest planting area of Chinese cabbage and walnut lines in Beijing area.
