就业是改善和保障民生的重点,关系人民的幸福指数提升,只有积极的就业政策才是促进就业的根本,国家对此高度重视。就业培训工作在促进就业方面发挥了重要作用,使更多的参训者走上了工作岗位,但仍存在诸多问题,无法满足新形势的需要。如何针对这些问题提出新措施,既能充分发挥职业培训在就业工作中的促进作用,又能切实提高就业资金的使用效益,为人民生活提供保障,值得进一步探讨。
Employment is the key to improving and safeguarding people's livelihood. As the happiness index of the people is raised, only the active employment policy is the basis for promoting employment. The government attaches great importance to this. Employment training has played an important role in promoting employment, allowing more trainees to take up their jobs. However, there are still many problems that can not meet the needs of the new situation. How to put forward new measures to these problems can not only give full play to vocational training in employment promotion role, but also effectively improve the employment efficiency of employment funds, provide protection for people's lives, it is worth further study.
