患者:女,30岁,因月经不规则2月余,下腹痛5天疑为宫外孕于90年3月30日入院。既往月经正常,上环3年,末次月经:90年1月20日。停经50多天时,予黄体酮肌注后阴道出血三天,比月经量少,3月25日阴道又出血一天,量少,次日起下腹部隐痛,伴头晕、恶心,抗炎治疗三天无效。3月30日腹痛加重入院。体检:体温36.5℃;BP12.8/6.6Kpa(96/50mmhg),被动体位,心肺听诊正常,肝脾肋下未及,
