2003年初,根据省委、省政府的部署,由广东省经贸委牵头,会同多家权威机构承担起广东九大支柱产业共10个课题的研究,编辑出版《广东省工业产业竞争力研究报告》(以下简称《报告》)。《报告》客观、准确地分析了广东省工业产业竞争力的现状,从产业发展和宏观经济的角度,对广东省工业产业竞争力进行全面、系统的研究,提出建议和对策,对今后广东省工业的发展有着重要的参考价值,本刊记者就如何进一步优化广东省的产业结构,采取什么步骤促进九大支柱产业发展,如何提高关键设备和关键核心技术的研发等问题,采访了广东省经贸委罗坚生副主任,以下为采访录。
