尽管研究受众心理,并非自今日始,然而长期以来我们对此未引起普遍重视则是事实。原因是:由于种种历史原因,我们比较注意新闻作为“武器”的作用,而不大注意新闻作为媒介的作用。时代终究前进了,信息的概念、意义,已为人们所普遍关注,报纸、广播、电视的媒介作用日益为人们所承认,在我们党的一个重要文件里——江泽民同志在党的十四大报告里,明确地使用了“传播媒介”这一概念,不能不说是一个历史性的变化。 报纸、广播、电视是“武器”,同时也是“媒介”,而且“武器”的作用也是以“媒介”的形式发挥的。这个立论,应该说是经得起检验的。
