根据《教育部、财政部、人力资源和社会保障部、中央编办关于继续组织实施“农村义务教育阶段学校教师特设岗位计划”的通知》和《教育部办公厅关于做好2009年“农村义务教育阶段学校教师特设岗位计划”实施工作的通知》精神,2009年中央将继续组织实施农村义务教育阶段学校教师特设岗位计划(以下简称“特岗计划”),并将实施范围扩大到国家扶贫开发工作重点县和部分地震重灾区县(以下简称“国贫县”)。结合2006—2008年“特岗计划”实施情况,2009年我省“特岗计划”实施工作采取省级统筹,市级公开招聘,县级管理为主的办法进行。现就计划实施工作有关事项通知如下:
