8月29日,十一届全国人大常委会第四次会议初次审议了保险法修订草案。9月11日,全国人大常委会公布了《中华人民共和国保险法(修订草案)》,向社会公开征集意见。
August 29, the Fourth Session of the Eleventh National People’s Congress for the first time examined the revised draft insurance law. On September 11, the NPC Standing Committee promulgated the “Insurance Law of the People’s Republic of China (Revised Draft)” to solicit opinions from the public.
