目的了解胆囊疾病在某高校教职工中的发病情况。方法对某高校教职工行胆囊彩超检查,并对其结果进行统计分析。结果 5 044名受检者中发现1 091名胆囊存在异常,占体检总人数的21.62%。胆囊常见疾病包括胆囊息肉样病变、胆囊结石以及胆囊术后缺如。结论彩超检查对于胆囊疾病的早发现、早诊断、早治疗有十分积极的意义。
Objective To understand the incidence of gallbladder disease in a university faculty. Methods A gallbladder color Doppler ultrasound examination of college staff, and the results of statistical analysis. Results There were 1 091 gallbladder abnormalities in 5 044 subjects, accounting for 21.62% of the total number of physical examinations. Common gallbladder diseases include gallbladder polypoid lesions, gallstones and gallbladder after surgery. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound examination for the early detection of gallbladder disease, early diagnosis and early treatment has a very positive significance.
