徐州99号亩产600kg的栽培策略是:亩成穗数40～45万,每穗粒数32～35粒,千粒重42～45g。其配套栽培技术是:选择耕层深厚,基础肥力较好,土壤有机质1.2%以上,全氮0.09%以上,水解氮70ppm,速磷25ppm,速钾90ppm的田块,施足基肥。亩施有机肥500kg,纯氮9kg,P2O511.5kg(按P2O5折算为25kg磷酸二铵),K2O7.5kg,硫酸锌1kg。氮肥总量每亩19.8kg纯氮,亩底施基肥11.6kg纯氮(尿素25kg);平衡肥冬前亩追施2.3kg纯氮(尿素5kg);穗肥亩施6kg纯氮,分两次施用,一次是在倒3叶期亩施3kg纯氮,另一次是在倒2叶未至剑叶露尖期亩施3kg纯氮。
