在曲拉通X-100(Triton X-100)和乳化剂(OP)存在下,基于Cu2+-铬天青S(CAS)的显色反应,建立了分光光度法测定微量铜的新方法。通过Cu2+与CAS-Triton X-100-OP形成灵敏度较高的多元配合物,来测量铜含量。络合物的最大吸收波长为618nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=6.62×105L.mol-1.cm-1,Cu2+含量在0—20μg/25mL范围内服从比耳定律,线性回归方程为A=0.039ρ+0.0078,r=0.9993,干扰离子较少。已用于绿豆中铜含量的测定,结果令人满意。
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace copper based on the color reaction of Cu2 + -chromium azure S (CAS) was established in the presence of Triton X-100 and emulsifier (OP). The Cu content was measured by forming a more sensitive complex with Cu2 + and CAS-Triton X-100-OP. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex was 618nm, the apparent molar absorptivity was 6.62 × 105L.mol-1.cm-1, and the Cu2 + content was within the range of 0-20μg / 25mL. The linear regression equation was A = 0.039ρ + 0.0078, r = 0.9993, fewer interfering ions. Has been used for the determination of copper content in mung beans, the results are satisfactory.
