患者陈××,男,34岁,农民,住院号80—8215。1979年3月底因“左下颌骨造釉细胞瘤”行左侧下颌骨切除加有机玻璃异颌移植术。术后两月发现异颌外露.80年8月开始出现颌下及口内流脓.12月8日检查,发现左下侧颌下有一瘘管溢脓,植入的假骨从口内露出约3～4cm。建议取出假骨骨,清理创口,待伤口愈合后再考虑是否植骨。于1980年12月21日以左侧颌下瘘管并异颌外露之诊断收入我院.体格检查:一般情况好,神志清楚。心、肺、腹部未见异常.本科检查:左侧颌下有一瘘管与口内相通,溢
