利用投入产出数据,本文计算并比较了沪陕两地的碳生产率,发现碳生产率存在明显的地区差异和行业差异。碳生产率的地区差异表明各地区实施侧重点不同的低碳经济结构调整可以有效降低我国的碳排放总量;地区内部的低碳经济结构调整除应该关注碳生产率的行业差异外,还应该充分考虑产业关联对碳排放总量的影响。行业影响力低、碳排放的影响力高的行业是沪陕两地低碳经济结构的重点。
Using input-output data, this paper calculates and compares the carbon productivity in Shanghai and Shaanxi, and finds that there are obvious regional differences and industry differences in carbon productivity. The regional differences in carbon productivity show that the implementation of low-carbon economic structural adjustment with different focuses in various regions can effectively reduce the total amount of carbon emissions in our country. In addition to paying attention to the industrial differences in carbon productivity, the adjustment of low-carbon economic structure in the region should also fully consider The impact of industrial relations on the total carbon emissions. Industries with low influence and high carbon emission influence are the focal points of low-carbon economic structure in Shanghai and Shaanxi.
