近年来,随着国际恐怖主义在全球进一步蔓延和周边地区恐怖活动频发影响,我国新疆地区暴力恐怖活动进入了新的活跃期、扩散期和激烈期。暴力恐怖活动正在不断以“伊吉拉特”等方式由重点地区向非重点地区,由新疆向内地,由境内向境外转移,反恐怖主义斗争进入了常态化。因此,在警察类院校及相关培训机构开展反恐怖主义教育培训,对于有效维护国家安全、公共安全和人民生命安全,提升社会整体防恐能力已十分迫切。
In recent years, with the further spread of international terrorism and the frequent terrorist activities in the surrounding areas, the violent and terrorist activities in Xinjiang have entered a new period of activity, proliferation and intense periods. The violent and terrorist activities are constantly being transferred from key areas to non-key areas, from Xinjiang to the interior and from the inside to the outside in the way of “Gujarat”, and the anti-terrorism struggle has become normalized. Therefore, launching anti-terrorist education and training in police colleges and relevant training institutions has become very urgent for effectively safeguarding national security, public safety and people’s life safety and enhancing the overall anti-terrorism ability of the community as a whole.
