随着实施素质教育的不断深入,需要全面提升教育教学质量。但农村小学教师队伍的师资整体水平不高,已成为制约农村教育均衡发展、和谐发展的重要瓶颈。目前农村教师素质普遍偏低,主要存在着学历“含金量”低,底子薄;职业倦怠严重;外出培训的机会少;业务水平低等问题。这些问题严重制约着农村教育的发展。在城乡教育差距日益加大的今天,要把农村教育搞上去,就必须建设一支高素质的农村教师队伍。笔者认为,建设高素质农村教师队伍有以下几个途径。
With the deepening of the implementation of quality education, we need to improve the quality of education and teaching. However, the overall level of teaching staff in rural primary schools is not high, which has become an important bottleneck restricting the balanced development and harmonious development of rural education. At present, the quality of teachers in rural areas is generally low, mainly due to the low academic qualifications, low gold content, weak foundation, serious job burnout, fewer opportunities for out-going training, and low professional standards. These problems seriously restrict the development of rural education. Nowadays, when the gap between urban and rural education is getting bigger and bigger, if we want to push rural education up, we must build a team of high-quality rural teachers. The author believes that the construction of high-quality rural teachers in the following ways.
