The 17th Winter Olympic Games will be held in Lillehammer, Norway, in February 1994. To this end special Olympics will make a presentation about the situation. The birth of this century, the ice movement in Europe and the United States in some countries have been widely carried out. In 1901, the Nordic Winter Games were held in Scandinavian countries, and the contest was traditionally a tradition that was not closed until 1926. Coubertin envisioned hosting Winter Olympics long ago, and the International Olympic Committee discussed it. However, Coubertin’s proposal was strongly opposed by Scandinavian countries. Representatives from Sweden, Norway and other countries think it is not necessary to run a parallel Winter Olympics since there is already a traditional Nordic Games. In addition, there are no winter projects in the ancient Olympics. These countries have threatened that if the International Olympic Committee forcibly convenes the Winter Olympics, they will not participate. Needless to say, if at that time the Winter Olympics without Sweden, Norway and other such snow and ice movement to carry out more popular, higher level countries to participate, it lost its representative, lost its interest in it.
