10例急性心肌梗塞患者应用国产重组链激酶进行静脉溶栓治疗，1小时内给予重组链激酶150万单位，以治疗后90分钟至120分钟内冠状动脉造影评价治疗效果。结果8例在90分钟内梗塞相关血管再通，结果表明国产重组链激酶是一种安全有效的溶栓药物。
10 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients with domestic recombinant streptokinase for intravenous thrombolytic therapy within 1 hour given recombinant streptokinase 1.5 million units to 90 minutes to 120 minutes after treatment evaluation of coronary artery disease treatment effect. Results 8 cases of infarction-related vascular recanalization within 90 minutes, the results show that domestic recombinant streptokinase is a safe and effective thrombolytic drugs.
