科技的不断发展,导致我国的教育模式也亟待改革,传统的老师教、学生跟着学的模式已经显然不适合时代发展的需要,以岗位技能为核心铁路工学结合教育模式的出现无疑给我们带来了新的理念和发展方向。本文在分析现在的职工队伍的现状和教职工的工作教学难点后,提出以岗位技能为核心的铁路工学结合教育模式,采取精干师资队伍、科学设计课程、优化教学手段和健全配套制度等对策措施,以适应铁路运输安全生产和改革发展需要。
The continuous development of science and technology has led to the urgent need of reform in our country’s education model.
