本文报道应用自行配制的“新利尿合剂”治疗肾综合征出血热(HFRS)少尿期56例。结果疗效满意,能缩短少尿期、降低死亡率。认为“新利尿合剂”可作为HFRS少尿期利尿的选用方法。
This article reports the application of self-formulated “new diuretic mixture ” 56 cases of oliguria in treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS). The results of satisfactory efficacy, can shorten the period of oliguria, reduce mortality. That “new diuretics ” can be used as oliguria HFRS diuretic selection method.
