目的:了解乙肝疫苗列入计划免疫后,杭州市农村地区医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种情况。方法:抽取杭州市2005—2008年农村地区有产房医院的16457名新生儿进行调查。结果:农村地区医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种率、及时接种率达到了99.30%、99.14%,母亲HB sA g阳性率8.35%。结论:杭州市农村地区医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种工作开展较好。
Objective: To understand the hepatitis B vaccine included in the planned immunization, Hangzhou Rural Area Hospital delivery room newborns first dose of hepatitis B vaccination. Methods: 16457 newborns from maternity ward hospitals in rural areas of Hangzhou City from 2005 to 2008 were surveyed. Results: Inoculation rate and timely vaccination rate of the first-dose hepatitis B vaccine in delivery room of rural maternity ward reached 99.30% and 99.14%, and the positive rate of HB sA g was 8.35%. Conclusion: Inoculation of the first-dose hepatitis B vaccine in the maternity ward of rural hospitals in rural areas of Hangzhou is carried out well.
