目的研究NP方案治疗局部晚期肺癌的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2004年12月至2006年12月间采用NP方案治疗的56例晚期肺癌的疗效及毒副作用。结果56例患者治疗有效率为42.86%(24/56);化疗所出现的毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制、消化道反应和静脉炎。结论NP方案治疗局部晚期肺癌疗效确切,毒副反应性可耐受,值得临床推广治疗。
Objective To study the efficacy of NP regimen in the treatment of locally advanced lung cancer. Methods The clinical data and side effects of 56 patients with advanced lung cancer treated with NP regimen from December 2004 to December 2006 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results The effective rate of treatment in 56 patients was 42.86% (24/56). The main side effects of chemotherapy were myelosuppression, digestive tract reaction and phlebitis. Conclusion NP regimen is effective in treating locally advanced lung cancer and its toxicity is tolerable. It is worthy of clinical promotion and treatment.
