富都大厦地面以上３２层，地下室砼原设计采用加ＵＥＡ砼膨胀剂，地下室底板厚２．０ｍ，原设后浇带，后改用掺粉煤灰砼，底板取消后浇带，２７００ｍ３砼一次性浇筑，使地下室施工工期缩短２０多天，节约资金３０多万元。以后又陆续在金融中心大厦等其他高层建筑地下室砼采用掺粉煤灰的“双掺”砼，确保了建筑质量，并为建设单位节约资金１２０多万元。
