目的评价湖北省预防控制血吸虫病中长期规划中期效果。方法采取以人畜查治病、钉螺控制、晚期血吸虫病救治、传染源控制为主的综合治理等措施,实施预防控制血吸虫病中长期规划,评价防治效果。结果 2004-2008年全省共查病11 063 267人,治疗血吸虫病1 053 051人,扩大化疗5 055 932人。检查家畜(耕牛)1 240 986头,治疗病畜49 710头,扩大化疗800 741头。累计开展药物灭螺98 512.48 hm2,环境改造灭螺29 899.25 hm2。9个试点村及12个重流行县(市、区)以点带面开展了传染源控制措施。至2008年底,全省人、畜(耕牛)感染率分别降至1.71%、2.20%,较2004年分别下降56.15%、64.69%。钉螺面积徘徊在7.55亿~7.99亿m2之间。期间全省达到了疫情控制标准,另3个县达到了传播控制标准,4个县达到了传播阻断标准。结论湖北省通过实施以人畜查治病、控制钉螺、晚期血吸虫病救治、传染源控制为主的综合防治策略及措施,如期实现全国预防控制血吸虫病中长期规划中期目标。
Objective To evaluate the mid-term and long-term planning of prevention and control of schistosomiasis in Hubei Province. Methods The measures of human and animal diseases, snail control, treatment of advanced schistosomiasis and control of infection sources were taken to implement medium and long-term planning of prevention and control of schistosomiasis and evaluation of prevention and treatment results. Results From 2004 to 2008, a total of 11 063 267 people were investigated in the province, 1 053 051 were treated for schistosomiasis, and 5 055 932 were expanded for chemotherapy. A total of 1,240,986 livestock (cattle) were inspected, 49,771 sick animals were treated and 800,741 were expanded. A total of 98 512.48 hm2 of drug molluscicides and 29 899.25 hm2 of environmental modification had been launched. Nine pilot villages and 12 heavily populated counties (cities and districts) carried out source control measures at point-by-point levels. By the end of 2008, the infection rate of people and cattle in China had dropped to 1.71% and 2.20% respectively, down 56.15% and 64.69% respectively from 2004. Snail area hovering between 755 million to 799 million m2. During the province reached the epidemic control standards, the other three counties reached the dissemination of control standards, four counties reached the communication block standards. Conclusion Hubei Province implemented the medium-and-long-term medium-term goal of national prevention and control of schistosomiasis through the implementation of integrated prevention and control strategies and measures focusing on human and animal diseases, snail control, treatment of advanced schistosomiasis and infection source control.
