目的了解我市街头食品卫生安全状况,探讨合理食品卫生安全管理对策。方法结合《食品安全法》的实施,采取了引导经营为主、联合管理为辅、教育经营者与消费者改善不良卫生习惯,广泛应用市内新闻媒体宣传卫生常识的综合治理措施。结果建立起高卫生质量的食品市场,包括技术含量较高的大型和大中型超市餐饮业参与市场竞争,帮助居民建立起良好的卫生意识,全市街头食品卫生工作步入了良性工作状态,各项卫生指标较以前明显改观。结论采取“导、联、教、改”为主的方针,对街头食品卫生安全管理效果明显。
Objective To understand the hygienic status of street food hygiene in our city and to explore the reasonable hygienic management of food hygiene. Methods Combining with the implementation of “Food Safety Law”, we adopted a comprehensive management measures such as guiding management, supplemented by joint management, education administrators and consumers to improve their bad hygiene habits, and widely using the local news media to publicize common sense of hygiene. As a result, a high-quality food market was established, including the large-scale and medium-sized supermarkets with a high technical content. The catering industry participated in market competition and helped residents to establish a good health awareness. The city’s street food hygiene work has entered into a benign working condition. Health indicators significantly improved compared to the previous. Conclusion Adopting the guideline of “guiding, linking, teaching and reforming”, the effect of street food hygiene and safety management is obvious.
