为了搞清楚无底阀(无底阀和去掉底阀都是指去掉原底阀中的阀片)抽水到底能省多少油?我们分别对与195柴油机配套的3 B19、4 B20和鲁6—12A三台水泵作了有、无底阀时的对比试验,以比较无底阀抽水在不同条件下(底阀型式、规格不同,泵工况点不同)的节油效果。试验结果证明:无底阀抽水具有一定的节油效果,但不象有些资料上介绍的那样显著;如能在使用中正确选择水泵,合理配套,在此基础上,再去掉底阀,才能进一步显示出节油效果。
