《老友》专家门诊:我1997年7月发现有结核性胸腔积液后转为肺结核,经穿刺抽液和抗结核治疗,次年发现有心包(心包腔)积液。10多年来,在运动过急和快步上楼梯即有出气、换气困难的感觉。最近经心脏彩超检查提示心包腔内有中量到大量积液,左室舒张功能减退,三尖瓣微量返流。请问:这些情况对身体有何影响,应怎样治疗?
“Friends” expert clinic: In July 1997 I found tuberculous pleural effusion to tuberculosis, puncture fluid and anti-TB treatment, the following year found a pericardial (pericardial effusion). Over the past 10 years, in the movement too fast and rapid staircase that has vent, the feeling of difficulty breathing. Recent examination by echocardiography revealed a moderate to severe pericardial effusion, left ventricular diastolic dysfunction, tricuspid regurgitation.
