高血压是一种常见病、多发病,也是心脑血管病最重要的危险因素。由于社会进步及人民生活方式改变,高血压患病率呈上升趋势。健康的生活方式可使高血压发病率下降55%,而所需费用不足医疗费用的10%。适用于各型高血压病人,单独采用非药物治疗适用于轻型高血压,可使血压下降,甚至达到理想水平。改变生活方式包括限制钠盐摄入、减轻体重、运动等。现将有关病例报道如下。
Hypertension is a common disease, frequently-occurring disease, is also the most important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Due to social progress and changes in people’s lifestyle, the prevalence of hypertension is on the rise. A healthy lifestyle can reduce the incidence of hypertension by 55%, at a cost of less than 10% of health care costs. For all types of patients with hypertension, non-drug treatment alone for light-handed hypertension, blood pressure can drop, or even reach the desired level. Changing lifestyles includes limiting sodium intake, weight loss, exercise and more. The relevant cases are reported below.
