在现在这个竞争激烈的世界,随着供应链可能面临的风险的增加,供应链管理越来越具有挑战性。如何能够快速识别供应链风险,针对供应链可能面临的风险提前作出应对和规避的策略,将有助于提高企业管理的水平。如何能够在JIT采购环节做好风险下的供应链管理,将是本文的研究重点。
In today’s highly competitive world, supply chain management is increasingly challenging as the risks that the supply chain may face are increasing. How to quickly identify the risks in the supply chain and how to deal with the risks that the supply chain may face in advance and avoid them will help to improve the level of enterprise management. How to make supply chain management under the risk of JIT procurement will be the focus of this article.
