随着我国经济的迅猛发展和经济体制的不断改革,我国企业也在迅速的发展中,然而企业要发展,企业培训工作非常重要。企业通过对员工进行工作技能、工作态度、企业文化等各方面的培训,促进企业的不断创新与发展,从而提高企业竞争力。然而由于我国企业培训发展比较缓慢,企业内部培训还存在着很多的缺陷与问题,需要不断改进。本文主要从企业培训的现状及问题出发,探索企业培训的作用与价值,以及加强与改进的措施。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the constant reform of the economic system, the enterprises in our country are also developing rapidly. However, the development of enterprises and the training of enterprises are very important. Enterprises through the staff work skills, work attitude, corporate culture and other aspects of training to promote continuous innovation and development of enterprises, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. However, due to the slow development of enterprise training in our country, there are still many shortcomings and problems in the internal training of enterprises, which require continuous improvement. This article mainly from the status of corporate training and problems, to explore the role and value of corporate training, and to strengthen and improve the measures.
