采用真空熔炼方法,制备了一种用于Mg-Zn-Al系合金晶粒细化的Al-Ce-Sb-Ti中间合金。结果表明,加入适量中间合金的Mg-10Zn-5Al(ZA105)镁合金含有大量硬质颗粒质点,这些硬质颗粒聚集在固液界面前沿,阻止镁合金中第二相的长大,显著改善合金的显微组织,同时还可作为镁合金的形核质点,细化合金的晶粒,使其晶粒度等级由4级变到6级。
An Al-Ce-Sb-Ti master alloy for grain refinement of Mg-Zn-Al alloy was prepared by vacuum melting method. The results show that the Mg-10Zn-5Al (ZA105) magnesium alloy containing appropriate amount of master alloy contains a large amount of hard particles, which gather at the front of the solid-liquid interface to prevent the growth of the second phase in the magnesium alloy and significantly improve the alloy Of the microstructure, but also can be used as the nucleation point of magnesium alloy, grain refinement of the alloy, so that the level of grain size from 4 to 6.
