环介导等温扩增(loop mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP),一种新型的核酸扩增方法,具有快速,便捷,特异性强的特点。LAMP技术和PCR扩增技术相比,其灵敏度、检测范围、特异性均能达到检测要求,甚至LAMP技术优于PCR技术,并且,这种新的扩增方法不需要任何实验室专用仪器,只要设计适合的引物,就可以在现场实现高通量快速检测,并且检测结果明显直观,通过肉眼即可辨认。这种检测技术不仅有上述特点,其检测成品也远低于传统的聚合酶链式反应。而且这种新方法也逐渐被人们所熟悉并给予重视,更在检测食品安全方便建立了许多快速、灵敏、简介的病毒细菌检测技术。可以想象,在科学技术快速发展、食品安全问题日益被人们所重视的今天,LAMP技术会在食品病毒病菌检测方面有长足的发展。而建立快速,灵敏,简洁的食品致病菌检测技术就是应运而生,迫在眉睫的关键。本文重点阐述了近年来国内外对环介导等温扩增在食物致病菌检测方面的研究,为后续的研究奠定基础,提供理论依据。
Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP), a new method of nucleic acid amplification, is characterized by rapid, convenient and specific. The establishment of fast, sensitive and concise detection of foodborne pathogens is the key to emerge as the times require. This article focuses on the recent years at home and abroad on the ring-mediated isothermal amplification of the detection of foodborne pathogens, lay the foundation for the follow-up study, to provide a theoretical basis.
