为实现党的“十二大”提出的奋斗纲领,达到早出人才、多出人才的目的,我们从1983年6月5日至7月17日,对新疆、青海、甘肃、宁夏、陕西五省(区)的高等林业教育改革问题进行了考察。共走访了林业科学研究所、林业勘测设计院、大专院、校和部分州、县及所属场圃等26个单位。召开座谈会24次,计有188位领导和科研、教育、技术人员参加。这次调查基本上达到了预期的目的,大体上摸清了西北五省(区)林业科技干部的数量、质量、层次、
For the purpose of realizing the struggle program put forward by the party’s “Twelfth National Congress” and attaining the goal of early generation of talents and extra talents, we conducted a series of preliminary studies on the struggle against poverty in Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia, and Shaanxi provinces from June 5 to July 17, 1983 Five provinces (autonomous regions) higher forestry education reform issues were inspected. Visited a total of 26 units of forestry science institute, forestry survey and design institute, college, school and some state, county and its own farm. Held forums 24 times, accounting for 188 leaders and scientific research, education and technical personnel to participate.
