维生素B12滴眼液联合视觉训练治疗调节性视疲劳的临床研究

目的探讨维生素B_(12)滴眼液联合视觉训练对调节性视疲劳的治疗效果。方法选择以视疲劳为临床主诉就诊患者150例(300只眼),随机分为第1组、第2组、第3组,每组50例(100只眼)。第1组应用视觉训练(晶体操);第2组应用维生素B_(12)滴眼液(散克巴滴眼液);第3组应用维生素B_(12)滴眼液同时进行晶体操训练。观察比较三组患者的临床疗效。结果第1组总有效率为56.0%,第2组总有效率为64.0%,第3组总有效率为90.0%。第3组与第1组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=14.66,P<0.05);第3组与第2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.54,P<0.05);第3组总有效率高于第1、2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组治疗后症状积分较治疗前均有减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);第3组的改善程度优于第1、2组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,维生素B_(12)滴眼液联合视觉训练患者近距离工作不能持久、眼及眼眶周围胀痛、头痛、记忆力减退评分分别为(2.04±2.11)、(1.74±2.22)、(0.76±1.19)、(0.56±0.67)分,治疗后各指标评分分别为(0.24±0.41)、(0.34±0.73)、(0.31±0.41)、(0.14±0.31)分,治疗后各指标评分均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素B_(12)滴眼液联合视觉训练能明显缓解调节性视疲劳症状,视觉训练与维生素B_(12)滴眼液均能有效改善调节性视疲劳,但两者联合应用治疗效果更好。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of vitamin B 12 eye vision combined with visual training on accommodative visual fatigue. Methods 150 patients (300 eyes) with visual fatigue as the chief complaint were randomly divided into group 1, group 2 and group 3, with 50 eyes in each group (100 eyes). The first group applied visual training (crystal exercises); the second group used vitamin B 12 eye drops (disperse gabardine drops); the third group used vitamin B 12 eye drops while performing crystal gymnastics training. The clinical efficacy of the three groups was observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of group 1 was 56.0%, the total effective rate of group 2 was 64.0%, and the total effective rate of group 3 was 90.0%. The total effective rate in group 3 was significantly higher than that in group 1 (χ ~ 2 = 14.66, P <0.05). The total effective rate in groups 3 and 2 was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 9.54, P <0.05). The total effective rate of group 3 was higher than that of group 1 and 2 (P <0.05). The symptom scores of three groups after treatment decreased compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the improvement degree of group 3 was better than that of group 1 and 2, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Before treatment, the close cooperation between vitamin B 12 eye drops and visual training patients could not last long, and the scores of eye pain, periorbital pain, headache and memory loss were (2.04 ± 2.11), (1.74 ± 2.22) and (0.76 ± 1.19, and 0.56 ± 0.67, respectively. After treatment, the scores of each index were (0.24 ± 0.41), (0.34 ± 0.73), (0.31 ± 0.41) and (0.14 ± 0.31) Before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Vitamin B 12 eye drops combined with visual training can relieve the symptoms of accommodative visual fatigue. Visual training and vitamin B 12 eye drops can both improve the accommodative visual fatigue. .
