将影响基质NO3--N和NH4+-N提取的因素:基质种类、固液比、浸提剂和振荡时间,通过正交表L9(34)安排试验,试验结果经方差分析。表明:NO3--N的最佳提取条件为:固液比(W/V)=1∶10,浸提剂为1molL-1KCl溶液,振荡时间为15min。NH4+-N的最佳提取条件为:固液比(W/V)=1∶10,浸提剂为2molL-1KCl溶液,振荡时间为15min。将两种方法用于7种有代表性的基质的NO3--N和NH4+-N的测定,试验结果经t-检验,表明:固液比(W/V)=1∶10,浸提剂为1molL-1KCl溶液,振荡时间为15min制备的浸提液可同时用于NO3--N和NH4+-N的测定。
Factors influencing the extraction of NO3 - N and NH4 + -N: matrix type, solid - liquid ratio, extractant and oscillation time were determined by orthogonal test L9 (34). The test results were analyzed by ANOVA. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of NO3 - N were as follows: solid - liquid ratio (W / V) = 1:10, extractant 1molL-1KCl solution, shaking time 15min. NH4 + -N is the best extraction conditions: solid-liquid ratio (W / V) = 1:10, the extractant is 2molL-1KCl solution, the oscillation time of 15min. The two methods were applied to the determination of NO3 - N and NH4 + -N in seven representative substrates. The results of the t-test showed that the ratio of solid to liquid (W / V) was 1:10, 1molL-1KCl solution, the oscillation time of 15min prepared extract can be used for both NO3 - N and NH4 + -N determination.
