The photoresponse signals of normal YBa2Cu3O7-x thin films irradiated by different wavelengths were measured and analyzed theoretically. The results show that the photoresponse signal of normal YBa2Cu3O7-x film belongs to Seebeck thermoelectric effect, and the thermoelectric signal has almost no relation with the wavelength of light.
