由江苏省计经委能源处发起,省能源研究会开发专委会、省电机工程学会节能专委会和市电机工程学会热能动力专委会共同举办《提高江苏小热电经济效益研讨班》在1987年8月16日至30日于南京电力专科学校举行。通过研讨会,对于提高小热电经济效益的经验,主要归纳为以下几条。 1.机组选型必须与热负荷大小特性相适应 (1)背压(含抽背)机组与抽凝机组固有特点 机组选型,首先要知道热电机组的固有特性: 背压机组是以热(汽)定电,没有冷凝机组的冷源损失,发电煤耗率低(<200克/度)节能效果显著。但对热负荷波动的适应性很差,热、电负荷不能调节,没有热就没有电,热负荷大电负荷也大。当热负荷降低时,对于相配的煤粉炉,当负荷率小于2/3时有灭火的可能;对于相配的链条炉,当负荷
Initiated by the Energy Division of the Economic Commission of Jiangsu Province, the Research Committee of the Development Committee of the Provincial Energy Research Institute, the Energy Saving Special Committee of the Provincial Institute of Electrical Engineering and the Thermal Energy Special Committee of the Municipal Institute of Electrical Engineering jointly organized the Seminar on Improving the Economic Efficiency of Small Thermal Power in Jiangsu Province in 1987. Held in Nanjing Electric Power College from August 16th to 30th. Through the seminar, the experience of improving the economic benefits of small thermal power is mainly summarized as the following. 1. The unit selection must be compatible with the thermal load size characteristics. (1) The inherent characteristics of the back pressure (including suction) unit and the pumping unit. The first thing to know is the inherent characteristics of the thermal power unit: The back pressure unit is hot. (Vapor) fixed electricity, there is no loss of the cooling source of the condensing unit, and the coal-fired power generation rate is low (<200 g/kWh). The energy-saving effect is significant. However, the adaptability to the heat load fluctuation is poor, and the heat and electric load cannot be adjusted. Without heat, there is no electricity, and the thermal load has a large electric load.
