对预应力索-钢转换节点进行力学性能分析、足尺模型试验研究和ANSYS模拟分析。通过对三种方法预应力损失及摩擦性能的对比分析,总结了预应力损失、摩擦系数的变化规律。结果表明,预应力损失随着荷载的增加而缓慢增加并最终趋于恒定值;摩擦系数在加载初期急剧增加,随着荷载加大摩擦系数呈递减趋势,最终趋于恒定值。试验、有限元和力学分析结果表明,三种方法预应力损失计算结果吻合良好。预应力损失的试验测试和施工措施以及预应力索的锚固试验,可供此类预应力钢结构工程参考。
The mechanical properties analysis, full-scale model test and ANSYS simulation of prestressed cable-steel transition joints are carried out. Through the comparative analysis of the prestress loss and the friction performance of the three methods, the variation rules of the prestress loss and the friction coefficient are summarized. The results show that the prestress loss slowly increases with the increase of the load and finally tends to a constant value. The friction coefficient increases sharply during the initial stage of loading. As the load increases, the friction coefficient tends to decrease and finally reaches a constant value. The experimental results, finite element analysis and mechanical analysis show that the calculated results of the three methods agree well with each other. Prestress loss test and construction measures as well as the anchorage test of prestressed cables are available for reference to such prestressed steel structure projects.
