本文研究了长白山臭冷杉(Abies nephrolepis Maxim)挥发油的化学成分,用毛细管气相色谱和 GC/MS/DS 联用法从46个色谱峰中鉴定了22个成分。主要成分为α-蒎烯、莰烯、柠檬烯、乙酸龙脑酯。鉴定出的组分占总挥发油的96.8%。应用氮气保护下精密分馏技术、制备旋转薄层色谱、柱层析等方法从臭冷杉叶挥发油中分出了6种纯化合物,用 IR、MS 确证其中4个化合物为柠檬烯、龙脑、乙酸龙脑酯、α-甜没药醇。
This paper studied the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Abies nephrolepis Maxim in Changbai Mountain. 22 components were identified from 46 peaks by capillary GC and GC/MS/DS. The main components are alpha-pinene, terpenes, limonene, and nyclopyrin. The identified component accounted for 96.8% of the total volatile oil. Three kinds of pure compounds were isolated from the volatile oil of Abies odorifera using precise fractionation technology under nitrogen protection, preparation of rotational thin layer chromatography and column chromatography. Four compounds were identified as limonene, borneol, and acetate acetate by IR and MS. Brain ester, alpha-beta-bisabolol.
