改革开放以来,我国旅游业迅猛发展,为酒店业带来的庞大的客源市场,经济型酒店以其独特的价格优势和准确的市场定位得到了广大消费者的青睐。然而,随着一些经济型酒店的卫生问题不断被媒体曝光,公众对于这些经济型酒店的卫生状况产生了严重的信任危机。笔者调查了上海南站附近的八家经济型酒店,归纳了酒店存在的主要卫生问题,分析了问题产生的原因,最后从宾客、酒店、政府、社会等不同角度,提出了有助于提升经济型酒店卫生管理水平可行的建议和对策。 Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of China’s tourism industry for the hotel industry brought a huge source market, economy hotel with its unique price advantage and accurate market positioning has been the vast number of consumers. However, as the health problems in some budget hotels have been exposed by the media, the public has had a serious crisis of confidence in the health status of these budget hotels. The author investigates eight hotels in the vicinity of Shanghai South Railway Station, summarizes the major health problems existing in the hotel, analyzes the causes of the problems, and finally puts forward some suggestions to promote economic growth from different aspects such as guests, hotels, government and society Feasible suggestions and countermeasures of health management in hotels.
