目的:探讨怎样提高五年制高职针灸推拿专业针灸治疗学病案讨论课教学效果。方法:对病案讨论课教学进行回顾,反思经验教训,加以总结。结果:教师要根据针灸治疗学科特点,遵循一具备、二结合的原则精心选编病案,强调教学过程各要素之间相互适应以保证实效,具体组织讨论中注意三避免从而达到二个促进,老师在评论时要讲究三多一少,学生书写讨论报告提倡一规范二特别。结论:针灸治疗学病案讨论课教学效果取决于任课教师、学生、学校整体教学条件等多方面因素,教师要多实践,勤反思,常创新。
Objective: To explore how to improve teaching effectiveness of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment case discussion class in five-year vocational high school. Methods: To review the teaching of medical record discussion, reflect on the experiences and lessons and summarize. Results: According to the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, teachers should carefully choose the medical record according to the principle of combining one with two and emphasize the mutual adaptation between the various elements of the teaching process to ensure the actual effect. In the specific organizational discussion, attention should be paid to avoid three so as to achieve two promotion. Comments should pay attention to more than three, students write a discussion report to promote a standardized two special. Conclusion: The teaching effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment case discussion class depends on many factors such as the classroom teachers, students and the overall teaching conditions of the school. Teachers should practice more, reflexively reflect, and often innovate.
