主要介绍了以光学超晶格作为频率变换介质的皮秒可调谐激光技术,包括同步抽运光参量振荡和单次通过的光参量产生技术。在25 W皮秒同步抽运下,激光器在2.4μm输出功率超过6W,波长可调谐范围达到1.5μm。
This paper mainly introduces picosecond tunable laser technology with optical superlattice as frequency conversion medium, including parametric oscillation of synchronous pump light and optical parameter generation technology of single pass. Under 25 W picosecond synchronized pumping, the laser output power exceeds 6W at 2.4μm and the wavelength tunable range reaches 1.5μm.
